Kiwis are low in calories, fat, protein, and a decent amount of fiber and carbs. Kiwis are high in vitamin C and have a decent amount of vitamin E, K, and copper. Kiwis also have some excellent antioxidants that protect the body.
Kiwis are not that filling.
Kiwis can be included in a weight gain or weight loss diet, but it is not effective for anything. If you like kiwis, it is a great vitamin C source.
Kiwis have a reasonable price that is similar to other fruits.
